Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Director of Work Authorization Compliance is a critical thought-leadership role that oversees the company’s I-9, E-Verify, document integrity and forced labor prevention programs. The team supports all US based onboarding related to timely and accurate I-9 execution and E-Verify case submissions and follow up. The successful candidate is first a customer-focused professional with a strong background in compliance, training and monitoring.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Work Authorization Compliance, this Director will collaborate with technology, HR, legal and Global Governance partners to build out new and enhance existing processes.

You’ll play a key leadership role to…

  • Work with our Compliance, Legal, People Organization, Operations and other stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain business continuity to enable business strategy.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate amongst stakeholders to support shared goals and solutioning.
  • Develop, standardize, and optimize processes to create operational efficiencies across all Labor and Employment areas.
  • Work with our technology partners to build scalable products and tools to support automation of Work Authorization Compliance.
  • Develop and implement an overarching compliance program for Work Authorization.
  • Develop, mentor, and provide opportunities for the Work Authorization Compliance team.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience. 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
