Team and context :

Client Services (CS) functional product domains are in charge of nurturing people's expertise to provide skilled resources for MX.3 client facing activities and to manage the final product in collaboration with the Product division. 

In CS Finance domain, the team provide delivery, presales and support services to 8 business units on all different finance Business Process Chains (BPCs). Also, we contribute to final product management with Product Evolution Services teams through the capitalization, documentation and follow up on product developments.

Your missions/What you'll do ? 

• Develop functional and technical expertise on the broad scope of Finance BPCs: Accounting cycle, Hedge accounting, P&L and Balance sheet management & xTP management.
• Participation in implementation and upgrade projects projects as Finance expert.
• Provide support services to customers, ensuring successful follow up of issues from notification to resolution and validation.
• Maintain good understanding and knowledge of best practices and market regulations.
• Participate in the management of the final product
• Person in charge of one or several accounts, pro-actively ensures customer satisfaction
• Deliver customers' and partners' trainings

Your profile / Who you are :

• Strong interest in capital market business & products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• 3+ years of relevant functional/technical experience on MX.3
• You can efficiently communicate in multicultural environment 
• In each challenge you see an opportunity of growth
• You are at ease working autonomously or as part of a team 
• You can handle multiple projects in parallel and adapt to eventual urgencies 
• Basic understanding of UNIX/LINUX and SQL is highly advantageous
