JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with customers and using data analytics to get customer insights
  • 1st point of contact for Grow for order to cash related questions
  • Evaluating cost to serve efficiency and cost, especially inefficiencies from ordering behavior, using customer insights to propose and drive improvements
  • Input to commercial contract (Logistic, TTS, electronic data exchange)
  • Data Visualization: Create reports to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders
  • Integrating new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with CD
  • Managing recalls together with quality and CBD (control/support for shipping communication, monitoring of quantities & costs)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in going to market supply chain functions as Customer Service or Logistics.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • English language - minimum B2 level as a must
  • Analytical skills, solution & problem-solving mindset
  • Communication & collaboration skills
  • Understanding of processes, technology, and customers and their needs
