What you will do

In this vital role as the Director, HR Transformation and Change, you will be responsible for driving transformative changes in our HR department and leveraging data to inform and shape the HR organization’s strategies. You will work closely with HR leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to re-imagine an HR function that is not only efficient but also data-informed. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in both shaping the future of our organization and elevating our employee experiences.
What we expect of you
We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The Director, HR Transformation and Change professional we seek is a dynamic individual with these qualifications.
Doctorate degree and 4 years of HR project or program management experience
Master’s degree and 8 years of HR project or program management experience
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of HR project or program management experience
In addition to meeting at least one of the above requirements, you must have at least 4 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources. Your managerial experience may run concurrently with the required technical experience referenced above
Proven experience in leading HR transformation initiatives, preferably in a complex, global organization.
Demonstrated background in data analytics and HR metrics.
Demonstrated proficiency in both change management and project management leadership.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to storyline and prepare executive-level discussion documents
Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different styles
Independent, motivated, team member with experience in a matrix environment
Project Management certification
Certifications in HR or change management would be a plus.
Master's degree preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of HR technologies and tools.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
