We are looking for someone with: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Information System/Finance/Operations Management/Communications, or with equivalent experience in managing complex regulatory/transformation projects
  • 5+ years’ Agile/hybrid project management experience in large enterprises/MNCs
  • Hands-on experience in managing, tracking and forecasting project status, actions items, dependencies and spending through tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Pivot Table)
  • Excellent analytical and trilingual communication skills 

Nice to Haves: 

  • Knowledge in MPF or pension products/services
  • Exposure to business automation, project management tools (PowerBI/Apps, Asana)
  • Holder of relevant professional certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CISM)

On the job you will: 

  • Perform comprehensive cross-function/entity impact analysis to identify stakeholders and dependencies on process, collaterals, system changes to effectively execute new Retirement/Pensions-related regulatory or transformational projects.
  • Coordinate multi-party meetings with internal stakeholders and external vendors to prepare agendas, summarize key updates, assign action items, follow-up on matters arising, make recommendations and escalate issues for decision making to clear blockers and progress towards project delivery.
  • Partner effectively with Product Owners and Scrum Masters from functional areas including but not limited to: IT, operations, trustee, strategy, customer relations, marketing, finance, risk and compliance, to develop project plan and provide relevant support.
  • Track project progress against baseline to produce accurate management dashboards/reports on milestones, benefit and spending.
  • Work closely with senior project manager and program director to address management ask.
  • Stay current to market and industry best practices through training and self-study.
