About profile – Intern, Tapeout Operations

We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and result-driven individual with strong work ethic and integrity to join us as an intern for the MaskTech Operations Group  in Micron’s Technology Development Group, and in this role, you will be supporting processing  of advanced process technology mask preparation.  You will be working with various tools and techniques in this flow.You will participate and collaborate with Micron’s various tapeout operations teams all over the world .

Roles & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Learn and execute assigned tapeout process flow.
• Document and report issues to related groups
• Identify and implement potential opportunities of improvement in the tapeout flow w.r.t cycletime,quality , including areas which can be challenging to achieve during the internship period.

Education Requirement & eligibility:

• Validated analytical skills
• Experience in multi-tasking .
• Concept of semiconductor processing and fabrication
• General understanding of semiconductor layouts and verifications
• Basic understanding of device physics and semiconductor electrical fundamentals
• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics or Electronics
