You provide compelling insights and engage with customers and key account teams. You identify and track category opportunities that support growth or defend risk and apply your insights for category, shopper, and consumer metrics when analysing and translating data sources.

How you will contribute:

You will:

  • Prepare and deploy AC plans, driving category growth through effective execution.
  • Execute vision and strategy, strengthening Tablets leadership, growing Countlines, expanding Seasonals, and scaling up Pralines.
  • Identify and materialize business opportunities for marketing priorities by providing strong sales tools and recommendations.
  • Translate marketing strategies into impactful in-store activations within channels, aligning with annual plans.
  • Take ownership of seasonal offer execution and deliver insightful recommendations.
  • Develop compelling "selling stories" to support the Active Sales Team (KAMs, KAC, RKAMs, Sales Reps).

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • 2-5 years’ work experience in commercial areas (most preferred: Marketing, Sales, Shopper/Consumer Insight)
  • Language skills: Polish & English
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare business recommendations
  • Excellent organization skills to manage multiple tasks still with high accuracy
  • Familiarity with market data and tools (Nielsen & CMR is mandatory)
  • Having a future-focused mindset, demonstrating curiosity about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers and translating opportunities into business plans
  • Proven experience in the fast-moving consumer goods field is a distinct advantage
