About the role 

In this role you will lead the set up and scaling of People & Culture (P&C) Operations across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless HR service delivery, process optimisation, and strategic alignment with business goals. In this role, you’ll be reporting to Naeem, our Chief People Officer EMEA.  

Whilst you’ll be based in  Leeds offices 3 days a week, you’ll have the opportunity to regularly travel across Europe to meet with stakeholders and team members.  

 

Here are some of the exciting things you’ll get to do:

Administration Team Management

  • Oversee the HR administration function, ensuring efficient handling of day-to-day HR inbox queries. 
  • Lead projects aimed at improving HR reporting, processes, and systems, such as contract management. 
  • Drive continuous process and system improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery. 

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Ensure data integrity, streamline data requests, and lead systems integration. 
  • Develop and implement HR reporting tools for better decision-making. 
  • Process improvements and integration  

Building and Leading a Generalist People Advisors Team

  • Build and lead a team of HR Generalists to provide first-line HR support/shared services model across the EMEA region. 
  • Facilitate training, manage promotions, role changes, and maintain headcount integrity. 
  • Support HR operations setup in new countries and manage HR projects, including annual performance reviews.

  • Strong Leadership experience in building and managing HR teams across diverse regions. 
  • Proven experience in setting up a shared services model 
  • Extensive Knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations and setting up new offices  
  • Expertise in HR data analysis, reporting, and system integration. 
  • Proven experience is strategic thinking and flawless execution. 
  • Managing multiple projects and proven experience in ruthless prioritization
