As Program Manager you'll be organizing and managing programs and key projects that align to the company's strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with product, technology, marketing, and business stakeholders within the organization by establishing plans that take key initiatives from strategy through execution. You will facilitate program and project meetings as a contributor to a collaborative and agile environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Adhering and contributing to existing program framework, including product delivery methodology, go to market plans, and stakeholder communications
  • Managing program artifacts and status
  • Ensuring priority is clear for product initiatives within and across programs
  • Identifying and managing key milestones within product initiatives and programs
  • Managing dependencies across product initiatives and coordinate cross-program activities as needed
  • Coaching product, technology, and marketing managers on program framework, including tool usage and overall process support
  • Performing risk management and mitigation on product initiatives
  • Facilitating stakeholder identification, engagement, and communication to ensure expectations are set and key program/product initiative information is readily available
  • Supporting key business projects aligned to strategic objectives as needed

For this role, we're requiring:

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong mix of business and technical skills
  • Working knowledge of Agile software development processes
  • Formal risk management processes
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required
  • Working experience with project management software

Education, Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing programs cross organizationally
  • Experience working in a product led organization in an agile environment

Compensation

Base salary/pay of $100,000 – $150,000 per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
