Labcorp is seeking a Director, Innovation and Process Improvement for our Revenue Cycle Management Division in Burlington, North Carolina.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday standard business hours with flexibility required during peak project periods, executive reviews, system releases, or transformation milestones.
WORK LOCATION
This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office workdays at our Burlington or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility, with occasional onsite meetings and leadership sessions (generally less than 10% travel).

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Director, Innovation and Process Improvement is an enterprise‑level leader within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), responsible for driving modernization, operational excellence, and large‑scale transformation across all RCM domains. This role strengthens the organization’s strategic capabilities by expanding the use of workflow innovation, automation, and advanced analytics.
The Director acts as a catalyst for change, embedding AI‑enabled solutions, predictive intelligence, and automation into RCM operations to create scalable, future‑ready workflows. As a trusted advisor, this leader partners closely with Corporate IT, senior executives, and operational stakeholders to architect forward‑thinking solutions, accelerate strategic initiatives, and ensure technology investments align with business goals
