In this role, you will be responsible for cost center management, financial and business analysis, and periodic reporting for business teams.
Role Responsibilities
Supply effective and accurate financial and regional analysis of business processes.
Responsible for cost center management, financial and business analysis, and periodic reporting for business teams.
Analyzes performance trends, comparisons to budget, and expense run rates to assess business risks or opportunities.
Provides consistent budget updates and performance explanations to cost center and business owners.
Updates business models to prepare routine business cases.
Develops reports by accessing information from various financial systems and company databases to build insights into business performance.
Leads the preparation of operating plans and forecasts for areas of focus.
Reporting on key performance indicators across the region and finding opportunities for improvement.
Finding ways to make automation in a process and utilize robotics where possible.
Role Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience, as well as relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or mathematics.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfortable using Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards.
Experience using Snowflake and Essbase.
Effective analyst, with great problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to see the big picture.
Confident communicator, you’ll have high standards and a strong work ethic.
Partnering with the business, as well as supporting and developing financial projects.
Proficient English speaking and writing skills required.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2,858 – 5,583 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
