The Sales Representative will play a key role in our commercial efforts. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, providing product information, and supporting healthcare professionals in the effective use of GSK’s newest innovative treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize launch uptake.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including hematologists and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct presentations to healthcare professionals as per local engagement framework.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape and market trends.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of brand, including clinical data, safety profiles, and therapeutic benefits.
Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the proper use and administration of GSK's new treatment.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
Significant experience in a hospital specialist position is essential, with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environment
Strong knowledge of multiple myeloma and its treatment options. Alternatively, strong track record in Hematology.
Native Greek, with fluency in English
Ability to travel domestically as necessary (valid driver’s license is a must have)
Working knowledge of computer technology, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and agility to learn new programs
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Launch experience ideally
A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
Excellent communication and engagement skills (virtual & live).
