You will be responsible for:
Customer Focus and Stakeholder Management
Providing exceptional customer service and support to stakeholders.
Handling customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Ensuring that process SOP remain updated and consult with the compliance team to adjust them to improve the process.
Identify and propose customer experience improvements and service deliverables.
Owning the customer experience provision and continually improve its delivery.
Developing and maintain effective relationships with customers, key stakeholders.
Proactively assist with customer’s implementations.
Conference call with the key customer / sale team members / customers to review performance/ KPI as monthly basis.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders from various countries.
We are looking for :
Min 2 yrs of required experience.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Should be well versed with MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in preparing and delivering presentations.
Flexible to work in afternoon shifts - 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm (Mon-Fri)
With experience in managing a team would be an advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
