Summary of Job:
To increase profitable sales for the Construction and Special Projects Department using outbound sales prospecting and networking, with a focus on identified contractors and to promote the organization and assist in selling other client services.Ideal candidates will have at least 3-years of experience in MEP sales, estimating, and/or project management and a proven track record building profitable business relationships with local general contractors, owners, developers, and architects in the local market.
