Position: STP Manager

Business: Property and Asset Management, Noida

What this job involves

You will be ensuring that all technical services are maintained operational during your shift duty. Taking charge of entire technical assets in building, managing engineering team, and supporting the Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager your team leader for coordinating for technical issues with client and occupants. Your key deliverables will be to:

• Responsible to maintain and operate STP installed in Property i.e. Deep well submersible pumps, drain water sump pumps, recycled water pumps.
• Responsible to operate pressure filter dual media type, water/sewage softener plant, and ROs.
• Responsible to maintain all subordinate staff to handle STP plant and related activities.
• Responsible to backwash filters, reactivate softener’s resin by liquidizing brine solution to achieve a designed quality of soft water
• Ensure that all measuring instruments gauges in the STP room are functional.
• Responsible to record all readings and complete logbooks/ log sheets for all activities that took place in his duty period and will handover/ takeover STP plant and Cooling Towers. Any repair, rectification, and losses will be brought in the notice of Shift Engineer in writing as well as on verbal communication.
• Ensure that no unauthorized person is allowed to visit the STP plant room and in various types of storage tank/ reservoirs to avoid any risk of sabotaging through poisons or otherwise in water tanks.
• 7 years of experience in maintenance and operation of STP plant, sewage plant, hydro-pneumatic pumps, chemical dozing including fire fighting pump systems incl. Valves control operation and maintenance.

Reporting:

You will be working with our operations team and reporting to the Building / Estate Manager.

Being Analytical and Meticulous

Your role will involve coordination with various teams. You will be paying attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be using logic to troubleshoot problems and assign and monitor maintenance projects. You should have a good knowledge of the working procedures.

Qualifications

You will have a Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical OR any equivalent, with min 3-5 years of work experience in Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry. For residential sites candidates with residential experience will be preferred.
