The Role

As a Territory Manager for our ENT division, you’ll drive the growth of Stryker’s business within hospitals and surgeon practices across NSW. This role involves building strategic partnerships, providing expert clinical support during surgical procedures, and showcasing our commitment to enhancing patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will blend clinical peri-operative support with dynamic business development activities, driving consistent sales growth.

What You Will Do

  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker ENT products to meet diverse customer needs across hospitals, surgeon practices, and other healthcare settings.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in your territory, with a focus on a range of industries including healthcare, tech, software, and other high-performance sectors.
  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies, advancing deals through the pipeline to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and executive teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, leveraging corporate resources to maximize territory success.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing a results-oriented mindset to your mission of transforming healthcare.

What You Need

  • 3+ years of successful sales experience, ideally from high-performing sectors such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, tech sales, software, media sales, or any industry that requires strong customer relationships and influencing skills.
  • Strong executive presence, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close complex deals.
  • Proven ability to support complex products and services, particularly in technical, clinical, or specialized settings (preferred).
  • Savvy relationship builder with a deep understanding of consultative selling techniques, capable of navigating multiple industries.
  • Self-starter with innovative thinking and the ability to drive sales independently.
  • A demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and maintaining high-performance standards.
