    About the Role
    We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to support transactional accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial processing.
     

    What You’ll Do
    • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
    • Prepare and post manual journal entries with proper supporting documentation
    • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
    • Execute intercompany reconciliation and balance checking
    • Manage general ledger (GL) postings and ensure accuracy of financial data
    • Prepare supporting files and documentation for reporting purposes
    • Collaborate with departments such as purchasing, sales, and finance
    • Support finance projects and additional reporting requirements as needed
    • Handle ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks
     

    What We’re Looking For
    • 3+ years of experience in an accounting or accounting clerk role
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Local GAAP required, US GAAP is a plus)
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
    • Strong understanding of financial transactions and their impact
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Fluent in Czech and English (working with international teams)
    • SAP experience is a bonus
