What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor and operate cement manufacturing equipment to support safe and efficient production.
• Perform routine inspections and identify operational issues for timely resolution.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure work areas remain clean and organized.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies while collaborating with plant team members.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate, monitor, and troubleshoot industrial equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and the capability to learn cement manufacturing processes and systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize and communicate operational concerns.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in a production environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing operational needs.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
