Account Director, Client Experience, Healthcare
We are seeking a strong Account Director to join our Healthcare Practice. As a Director, you will be responsible for managing client and inter-agency relationships, playing a critical role in elevating the long-term success of our Health practice.
You will serve as the day-to-day client liaison, responsible for partnering with senior team members to supervise major pieces of business across several work streams. Other responsibilities include recommending programs and activities, planning and delivering against clients’ goals, effectively delegating projects, offering counsel to team members, and allocating agency resources to match client budgets.
In this role, you will be working on developing and overseeing annual plans, key messages/ corporate narratives reputation management, executive thought leadership, internal communications, crisis communications, and integrated media strategies to protect and drive corporate reputation and value proposition narratives for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and health association clients and prospects. We're looking for someone with an equal passion for corporate communications and healthcare. Who understands product portfolios and pipelines as much as corporate communications. This individual must be an excellent people leader and client counselor, with a willingness and drive to roll up their sleeves and stay close to the work.

Salary range: $115,000 - $135,000
Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
