Whether you’re supplementing income, balancing another role, or just want control over your time, this is a straightforward, no-strings-attached opportunity to stay in the field and do meaningful work.

Per diem / as-needed visits
You choose your availability
Ideal for CNAs wanting flexibility, variety, or supplemental hours
Work independently in the field while staying connected to a clinical team
This is hands-on, patient-facing work where you step in and deliver exactly what’s needed—nothing more, nothing less.
Provide direct personal care in patients’ homes (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Assist with mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers
Take and report vital signs
Observe and communicate changes in patient's condition
Help maintain a safe, clean home environment
Follow the established plan of care under RN direction
Active CNA or Home Health Aide certification
Experience in home health, hospital, or skilled nursing preferred
Comfortable working independently in the field
Strong communication and reliability
Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes
Physical Requirements - Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
High School Diploma or GED
