About the Role

Assists department head in leading and supervising the MRP team to maintain a smooth, effective, and efficient daily operations of Macau Referral Programme (MRP). Conducts regular business reviews to ensure KPIs, quality business standards and guidelines and regulatory requirements are met.

Roles and Responsibilities:

MRP Business (80%)

  • Provides superior sales service;
  • Performs data input in iPOS to support daily operations;
  • Supervising the MRP team in maintaining effective communication and meeting schedules, and in managing case follow up effectively and efficiently with relevant functions/parties;
  • Conduct regular review with sales team on the business KPIs to achieve business targets; on quality business to ensure compliance with business quality standards and guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Provides effective coaching and proactive feedback to team members on the day-to-day sales processes;
  • Liaise with relevant business partners to build, develop and maintain good business relationship;
  • Prepares regular reports on MRP activities for Management’s review.

Other responsibilities (20%)

  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisors in order to meet operational and / or other requirements.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University / college graduate plus at least 4-5 years’ relevant experience or Form Five graduate plus minimum 6-7 years’ relevant experience; working experience in insurance or financial sector is preferrable;
  • With a valid life insurance license;
  • Effective problem solving and supervisory skills;
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Effective organization, planning and coaching skills;
