Summary: As an Application Lead, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with various teams to design, build, and configure applications for the ERP_Internal project. Your day will involve leading discussions, making critical decisions, and ensuring that the project aligns with the overall goals of the organization. You will serve as the primary point of contact for application-related queries, facilitating communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of the project while fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Order Management. - Experience with ERP systems and their implementation. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with project management methodologies. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Order Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related technical field is required.
