At Meesho, we are building for Bharath. As the Seller Growth & Success team, we play a key role in Meesho’s objectives. We want to democratize e-commerce for all sellers by building a marketplace wherein literally anyone can succeed.

We work in collaboration with the Product, Business, and Fulfillment teams to drive strategic goals. You will also present findings and updates to the CEO and other senior leaders on a regular basis. Making an impact with data-backed innovative solutions is key to success in this role. You will work with multiple stakeholders and constantly brainstorm ways to improve processes to raise the bar of experiences for our users.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Associate, you will help solve some of the key problem areas or identify new opportunity areas in the Seller Growth & Success team. For example – building strategy and implementation roadmaps for penetrating a particular geography, problem-solving for increasing penetration of a particular category, improving assortment or improving seller experience on Meesho, building a new acquisition channel for the company, etc.
You will think 10X while autonomously taking full control and responsibility for hitting business OKRs. This role provides opportunities to develop problem-solving skills and long-term solution-development skills.
