Responsibilities and Duties

• Own and manage end-to-end sales compensation datasets (e.g., bookings, ACV/ARR, renewals, churn, adjustments), ensuring data readiness and integrity throughout commission calculation cycles.

• Perform data adjustments, corrections, and validations based on defined business rules and compensation policies, ensuring all changes are accurately implemented, properly documented, and auditable.

• Upload adjusted compensation data into commission systems and support calculation and re-calculation processes, including reviewing system outputs to confirm expected results.

• Validate and reconcile compensation data before and after system uploads, performing cross-period and cross-source checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

• Support ongoing commission operations by analyzing and resolving data exceptions, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and assessing ad-hoc adjustment requests with appropriate judgment and documentation.

• Maintain clear, structured documentation of data handling logic, adjustments, and system processing steps to support transparency, audit readiness, and knowledge transfer.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve data handling processes, controls, and documentation standards to reduce operational risk and improve efficiency over time. Required Qualifications:

• Education Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Experience

o 1–3 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or compensation consulting.

o Hands-on experience in sales compensation data handling, system uploads, and operational support o Experience supporting recurring revenue models (e.g., subscription, ARR/ACV, renewals) is highly preferred.

• Language, Technical & Analytical Skills

o Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities; proven ability to work with large, complex datasets.

o Strong capability in data preparation and processing, including data cleansing, normalization, transformation, de‑duplication, exception handling, and structured documentation to ensure traceability and audit readiness.

o Basic understanding of sales compensation concepts, including quotas, crediting, incentives,

o Experience with sales operation revenue management systems (e.g., Callidus, SFDC, SAP) is a strong plus.

o Open to working in an AI-driven environment and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of work.

• Soft Skills

o Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and accountability.

o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

o Comfortable working with ambiguity and complex problem-solving scenarios.
