About the role
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of SaaS Growth to take ownership of our growth strategy and marketing efforts. This hybrid role combines leadership in user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth with oversight of brand, demand generation, and marketing campaigns. You will report to the Managing Director Digital and work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to create an integrated growth engine.
What you’ll do
- Growth Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to scale customer acquisition, activation, and retention approach for different target customer groups.
- Drive performance across the different SaaS growth funnels, from lead generation to engagement, monetization, and churn reduction.
- Identify and test new growth channels and strategies, using data to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Partner with the product team to implement product and sales-led growth initiatives that enhance user experience and drive adoption.
- Marketing Leadership
- Own the marketing strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and content development.
- Lead demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and events).
- Develop and oversee a high-impact content marketing strategy to attract, engage, and retain customers.
- Manage the marketing team (to be built up) and external resources to execute campaigns that drive measurable results
- Analytics and Optimization
- Leverage data and analytics tools to track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ARR, and NRR, identifying areas for improvement.
- Monitor and optimize marketing spend and CAC to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative experiments to refine strategies and tactics
- Team and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, including lead handoff and pipeline management.
- Partner with the customer success teams to improve onboarding, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team across growth and marketing functions
Who you are
- Proven experience in a senior growth and marketing role within a SaaS or subscription-based company.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and funnel optimization.
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Proven ability to design and execute growth and marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement
