Position Title: DLP Subject Matter Expert
Location: Hybrid from Bratislava

As a DLP Subject Matter Expert, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and operation of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions across enterprise environments. Your primary responsibilities include conducting requirements and dependency analysis, contributing to DLP design, deploying and integrating DLP tools, and developing, testing, and validating DLP policies. You will also support audit activities, troubleshoot DLP-related issues, and ensure alignment with ITIL processes to maintain robust data protection and compliance standards.

Job responsibilities:

  • Implement and operate privileged identity (PIM) and access management (PAM) tools
  • Perform PAM system requirements check, deploy PAM components
  • Perform PAM enterprise integrations, configure PAM policies
  • Implement and operate data loss prevention (DLP) tools
  • Perform DLP requirements and dependency discovery
  • Participate in DLP design creation
  • Implement, test and validate DLP policies
  • Implement and operate password vault and hardware security module (HSM) tools
  • Implement and operate vulnerability scanning tools, generate reports, assist in patching related activities
  • Implement and operate encryption tools
  • Implement and operate endpoint, gateway and network attached storage antivirus tools
  • Implement and operate security information and event management (SIEM) tools, generate reports, review events, provide actions to remediate malicious events
  • Implement and operate file integrity monitoring tools (FIM), generate reports, review events, provide actions to remediate malicious events
  • Implement and operate web application firewall (WAF) tools
  • Implement and operate email gateway, encryption and protection tools
  • Implement and operate client-hardening tools
  • Participate on public key infrastructure (PKI) renewal or revocation process
  • Participate in audit related tasks
  • Participate on disaster recovery exercise
  • Investigate issues related to security related tools, provide troubleshooting to restore security services
  • Adopt basic ITIL framework: incident, change and problem management
  • Participate in project activities
  • Cooperate with other delivery teams, account teams or project managers
  • Provide support to Security Delivery Lead
  • Assist in transition and transformation of services from or to DXC, work with 3rd parties

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of expertise in DLP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Forcepoint, McAfee).
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations and dependencies related to DLP deployment.
  • Familiarity with other security tools such as PAM, SIEM, encryption, antivirus, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to DLP and other security tools.
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have: Microsoft Certified - Information Security Administrator Associate

We offer a salary of 2,100 EUR/brutto/month. Salary can be higher depending on experience and skillset
