We are looking for a Consulting Manager to our CFO & Enterprise Value team in Oslo.

We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and proactive leader who enjoys drawing and explaining the bigger picture, while still having a practical approach and expertise. You will drive business development efforts and identify new opportunities as well as ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Strategic finance operations development and enterprise performance management
  • Integrated operating model and shared service center design and establishment
  • Finance transformation and organization restructuring
  • Budgeting, planning, and forecasting development
  • Performance management design and development
  • Automation projects including RPA / AI
  • Strategic cost reduction and operational efficiency
  • Pricing strategies
  • Finance process development and optimization

To success in this role, we believe you have:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Accounting, Finance or Industrial Management with excellent academic performance
  • 5 + years of consulting experience within controlling, risk management and corporate development
  • Experience from Enterprise Performance Management, Value Realization Office, Zero-Based, Integrations & Migrations, Finance Transformation, Business Turnaround, Mergers & Divestitures
  • Experience from diverse projects and teams
  • Knowledge about enterprise performance management, finance operations and operating models.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and have experience with written and oral presentations in English, conducting interviews and workshops facilitation

The position will report to CFO & EV Lead and workplace is Oslo/Stavanger, Norway. Some travel should be expected.
