What you will do:

  • Overall responsibility to defines and maintains standards for project management.

How you will do it:

  • Monitoring project performance metrics, analyzing data, and preparing regular reports for stakeholders to track progress and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with PDM to ensure adherence to scope, time and budget constraints.
  • Ensuring alignment with strategy objectives, monitor the portfolio of projects within the organization and optimizing resource allocation, example like UBR, revenue, billing, legacy projects clean up.
  • Implementing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and best practices across the organization, example like adherence to JCI policies from the perspective of project execution that related to other functions.
  • Conduct regular project audits and health checks to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of project management practices within the organization.

What we look for:

  • Relevant qualification preferably in mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 8 years of PMO experience.
  • Experience to lead a team.
  • Committed to complete given tasks on time, ability to work independently and taking ownerships and responsibilities on the role that had been assigned to you.
  • Self-motivated and open minded with passion to challenge status quo and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Good project management skill, process excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage your team, clients and subcontractors/vendors.
