Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. - Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Delivery, Java Enterprise Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in analyzing and designing software solutions. - Proficient in Java Enterprise Edition and related frameworks. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with database management systems and SQL. - Knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Service Delivery. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
