As the Director of Human Resources for our Systems Protection segment, you will play a key role within the HR leadership team, collaborating to create and implement people strategies that support our global business unit and functional strategic objectives. This leader will apply HR expertise to provide comprehensive consultation across various areas including workforce and talent management, leadership development, change leadership, organization design and effectiveness, and employee relations.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Work closely with HR colleagues and peers who provide business partnership to businesses and functions to ensure alignment on and coordination of leadership decisions and people strategies.
Lead core HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, leadership development, talent succession, performance management, inclusion initiatives, recognition and rewards.
Collaborate with HR teams across regions to ensure consistency and compliance with local labor regulations, company policies, and global standards.
Lead change initiatives and organizational transformation efforts to support evolving business needs.
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business or related field or equivalent experience.
8+ years of progressive professional HR experience with at least 3 years of team leadership experience. Demonstrable track record of supporting both business units and global functions within matrixed organizations.
Solid understanding of international HR practices, employment laws, and cultural nuances.
Proven track record to drive transformation through multiple levels of an organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels within the organization and outside the organization.
