The Position

Job Description
The Investment Operations Analyst will play an integral part in leading and supporting new M&A activities as well as managing post-acquisition transitions across the new portfolio. This role involves extensive collaboration with various teams throughout the organization including Development/Construction, Project Finance, Asset Management, Tax, and Accounting. A good understanding of project development, M&A diligence and transaction process is required to successfully perform the job.
This person is an integral part of the M&A process, coordinating internal diligence with subject matter experts, presenting diligence findings, and supporting internal approvals. Post acquisition, this person will support the transition of acquired asset(s) from external developers to internal Arevon development / construction teams.
The Investment Operations Analyst will work out of our New York office, alongside the Investment and Project Finance teams.
