‘What you’ll be responsible for each day:’

Reporting to the Senior Manager, External Warehousing, the Transactional Data Analyst acts as a system and process expert. They ensure transaction monitoring across multiple platforms (SAP and Oracle) operating across various sites.

As a true super user, they support inventory and operations teams, investigate anomalies, collaborate with IT, and actively participate in testing newly deployed solutions.

They also play a key role in structuring operations by developing SOPs with managers and implementing sustainable standards.

In parallel, they develop and track strategic KPIs, support managers in performance analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by acting as a liaison with internal teams.

  • Ensure system compliance and monitoring

  • Maintain operational standards and best practices

  • Develop, track, and update KPIs aligned with business objectives

  • Perform system user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to deployment

  • Support inventory discrepancy investigations and recommend improvements

  • Follow up on system fixes with internal teams and validate solutions before production release

  • Create and optimize SOPs, reports, and tools (Excel) to support operations

‘The individual who will own this role’

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Administration, or a relevant combination of education and experience (DEC accepted with relevant experience)

  • Significant experience in inventory management or supply chain (2 years)

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP systems

  • SAP and Oracle knowledge considered a strong asset

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (English required to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canadian provinces)
