Your New Role
The Production Leader guides rotating day and night shifts, overseeing 24–30 manufacturing associates (operators) and ensuring seamless production operations. This role calls for a proactive, adaptable leader who drives impact and fosters a collaborative, high-performance culture.
You will model exemplary behavior: building teamwork and mutual support, rigorously following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and safety, sustaining productivity across all shifts, maintaining efficient, focused workflows, and demonstrating professionalism through respect, integrity, and accountability. Your New Team & Department
Join an ambitious Drug Substance Manufacturing organization with three value streams (DSM 1, 2, and 3) operating 24/7. You will lead one production team of 24–30 manufacturing associates split across day and night shifts. You will report to a Value Stream Director and work closely with Production Leaders in other value streams, key stakeholders, and the Value Stream 1 leadership team.
