We are seeking a strategic, people-first Director of Operations to lead and drive the performance of our Trinidad operations. Based onsite in Port of Spain, this role will work closely with the President and senior management to embed our company’s vision, core values, and client-first culture into all areas of operational execution.

As a hands-on leader, you will oversee multiple departments or P&L groups, ensure service levels and contractual commitments are met or exceeded, and develop high-performing teams that deliver results. You will be the key client-facing executive for the region, responsible for operational strategy, workforce optimization, financial forecasting, and process improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with executive leadership to align operations with our vision and values.

• Lead the productivity and performance of departments or multiple P&L portfolios, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met.

• Serve as a primary client-facing leader, accountable for meeting contractual objectives and managing external relationships.

• Manage inventory, facilities, and tools to ensure seamless operational readiness.

• Oversee staffing strategies using our Resource Balancing QAP to optimize headcount and performance.

• Own the recruitment lifecycle, including recommendations for hiring, promotion, or termination of staff.

• Champion talent development through coaching, feedback, and performance management.

• Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance productivity.

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly forecasts, reporting, billing, and financial projections.

• Foster a culture of excellence by motivating teams via incentive programs and strong engagement strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Operations Manager or equivalent leadership role.

• Proven success leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, service-driven environments.

• Strong understanding of client SLAs, contracts, and service delivery requirements.

• Experience managing multiple business lines, reporting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.

• Exceptional people management skills with a passion for team development and engagement.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership presence.

• Ability to be licensed with applicable collection/trace licenses, if required.
