Job Description:
As a Field Service Technician with Pitney Bowes, you will be a trusted technical expert and the face of our industry‑leading SendTech solutions. Your work directly enhances the client experience, strengthens long‑term relationships, and keeps essential mailing and shipping operations running smoothly across a diverse customer base.
This is a remote, field‑based role with your primary service area located within 2.5 hours of Reno, Nevada. Occasional travel outside this radius may be required. This is a field-based role requiring a central proximity of Reno, Nevada. No relocation assistance offered.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H-1B).
In this role, you will have a consistent Monday – Friday and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule working in alignment with traditional office hours (some overtime may be required).
The wage range for this position is $24 to $28 / hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.
In addition, this role includes a 10% incentive on any service or parts sales you present to clients—giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings through your expertise and client rapport.
