Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our facility in Raleigh, NC. The CSR is responsible for ensuring that services provided to all customers meet or exceed company standards. The CSR will become proficient in understanding company products, ordering systems, and customer file maintenance to effectively take customer orders and address any complaints or issues.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have a positive and superior customer focus.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1 late evening per month
