As a Precision Assembler at Flowserve in Etten-Leur, you will become one of our most specialized Technicians in our well-equipped and organized workshop. Precision assembly is a profession that involves working independently and very meticulously to deliver top quality. In this position you are responsible assembling according to specifications, drawings and other documents of all Seal and Seal Systems products. Your skills are honed and put to the test every single day when you are assembling various types of seals, auxiliaries, mixerseals, panels, systems, coolers and separators.

Your Role

• Collect the necessary drawings and parts

• According to drawings, assemble and extrude various products such as seals, mixerseals, panels, systems, coolers and separators, if necessary under customer supervision.

• Design, sketch and make (or have made) auxiliary tools for assembly and pressing

• Lapping of lap faces and sleeves, as well as checking these faces according to specifications

• Shrinking and thermocycling of various seal parts.

• Welding of various seal parts

• Bellows welding in our future new bellows welding cell

Your Profile

• A friendly and engaged colleague with an eye for detail. Delivering on time and in accordance with instructions and order is your motto and you do not hesitate to speak up when time or quality are under pressure. You are an experienced and independent professional and you enjoy helping others and showing them the ropes. It is useful if you have with (TIG)welding, but this is not a hard requirement. You do meet the following points:

• Technical education, preferably secondary vocational level (MBO), possibly with additional professional training in the field of material knowledge and measurement

• You are able to read, interpret (and sometimes convert) drawings and geometric tolerances

• Willing to attend training courses regarding presses, specific tools and safety (VCA),

• General PC-skills

• Willing to work in 2- shifts

• You speak Dutch (and English)
