Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is currently looking for a Client Manager, Manager (Level K), located in Germany, Frankfurt, to join a dynamic Customer Success organization for our global customer base in our Commercial Aviation group.

As the Manager of this team, you work and collaborate closely with Sales Directors, Service Leaders, Portfolio, and other teams to enhance account relationships and maximize lifetime value. This role involves management and problem-solving activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service processes. Additionally, you will manage subordinate staff, including such as recruiting, training, performance evaluation, compensation management, motivation, delegation, and monitoring results. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Sales Directors and Services Leads to support quoting, onboarding requirements, subscription management processes for Commercial Airlines.
  • Coordinates and overseas operation, while implementing the right processes and practices across the team.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by managing all purchased services.
  • Resolves customer concerns and questions elevated from Client Management team(s).
  • Improves team performance by formulating strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maximizes talent effectiveness by identifying and providing required training to staff, and otherwise building competencies and technical talent within team.
  • Helps promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.  This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 7+ years Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Motivated self-starter who can work independently and has demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders such as sales, success, product management, and senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to think and strategize for the company’s big picture goals.
  • Proficiency in conflict management
  • Intermediate English language required.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Knowledge of Boeing Digital Aviation portfolio and services.
  • Commercial aviation experience within Flight and/or Tech Op.
