Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Location: Bentoville, Arkansas Only

You will be an essential part of the business team, helping to prioritize, design and build the Walmart online search experience. You will collaborate and develop partnerships with multiple stakeholders across the business such as Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, and others to identify opportunities, solve problems and developing new propositions that drive value for our customers.


What You’ll do

  • Oversees change initiatives by identifying and defining desired change and processes; validating value and priority; overseeing project plans to implement processes; assessing readiness for change; managing expectations; adjusting approaches to have change adopted by the entire organization; and ensuring timely project management from pilot to the execution stage. 
  • Lead and deliver on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization. Collaborating daily with cross-functional team members across multiple locations
  • Drive execution of multiple propositions and initiatives by identifying customer and operational needs while communicating broader search priorities. Removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
  • Communicate roadmaps and priorities across business areas; engaging with key partners to ensure understanding of strategy.
  • Ensuring business & cross-functional partner needs are met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with 4 in the box partners, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improvements.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

‎ 

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience
