Key Responsibilities:

• Support producers and the service team by coordinating workflows, gathering underwriting information, and preparing proposals and documentation.

• During this internship, the Sales/Producer Support Intern will develop foundational knowledge about insurance operations across both Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits.

• Learn our agency management system and shadow producers and service team members.

• Understand the importance of proof of insurance and learn how to generate and distribute documentation accurately

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate projects and ensure smooth workflow execution.

• Learn about carriers the agency partners with and how their products apply to client needs.

• Participate in client appointments with producers to observe client service and sales best practices.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program

• Preferred majors include, Risk Management & Insurance, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professional
