Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop solutions that align with business needs and requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead and mentor junior team members - Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical - Strong understanding of CRM customization and configuration - Experience in integrating CRM with other systems - Knowledge of CRM SDK and web services - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical - This position is based at our Noida office - A Any Btech degree is required
