As a Digital Product Manager for Integrated Business Planning and Supply Chain Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in the Personal Health Care (PHC) organization. Leveraging your expertise in analytics, technology, and business acumen. You will address critical business questions and drive the development of sustainable digital capabilities that significantly impact PHC's growth and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:


• Understand the business cases and their value proposition.
• Define and align the Product Vision with stakeholders.
• Prioritize product features and capabilities based on business priorities using a product backlog.
• Develop and deliver the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and the Product Team.
• Define, track, and improve the value of your products.
• Utilize hands-on skills to design and develop dashboards, automate insights generation, and apply AI/Machine learning to identify business opportunities and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Consumer Research, Product Supply, Finance, Sales, and IT.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Software Development, or related field.

  • Proven experience in product management and UX/UI.

  • Experience using analytics to tackle defined business problems and analytics techniques (e.g. AI/Machine Learning, Econometrics, Operations Research, Statistics, Root Cause Diagnostics).

  • Experience using visualization tools (SQL, Azure Databricks, Power BI or similar) and understanding of best data visualization practices with attention to UI/UX design.

  • Familiarity with essential concepts such as: Cloud (Azure preferred), CICD, DevOps, Agile, Scrum, modern software engineering practices.

  • Understanding of product supply, supply chain, business planning and forecasting.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse functions and geographical location and communicate technical concepts to teammates and non-technical colleagues.

  • Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.
