Snowflake is looking to add a District Manager to join our US Federal Civilian Agencies team to lead a sales team for the Public Sector Division, ensuring we continue to develop solid business relationships with new and existing customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing and diverse team of account executives within the Federal Civilian market.
  • Lead and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the sales territory, leveraging domain expertise to drive growth and adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Deliver accurate and timely sales activity reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Leverage domain expertise to identify and address unique challenges within the Federal Civilian landscape, tailoring solutions for maximum impact.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams within the Federal Civilian market.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve strategic and financial targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a culture of open communication and trust.
