WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE:

  • Manage their team's direct sales activity and results within their assigned
    geography or vertical and across all Cohesity products/services.
  • Common responsibilities include hiring the right talent, effective deployment of their team, setting
    expectations, mentoring, leading performance, pipeline management, and collaboration with
    other sales resources & and Leaders (Sales Engineering, Overlay Specialists, Channels, Renewals).
  • Lead and mentor Account Managers
  • Achieve new bookings quota
  • Drive and lead accurate forecasting, manage pipeline and deliver on quarterly commitments
  • The role will lead and manage a team to develop a high-performing culture to enable acquiring
    and growing Cohesity Enterprise Customers. 
  • Developing a business strategy and sales execution in a high-growth organization via a team of
    sales quota carriers.
  • Delivering growth and margin targets for the aligned enterprise territory
  • Ability to build a vision and strategy providing significant leadership to a senior management team
    and within the peer group
  • Lead the team to ensure maximum performance on bookings targets and operational excellence
  • Develop and drive GTM and execution strategies across the Enterprise Customers covering the
    solution offerings
  •  Build and maintain relationships with key internal partners to maximize business
    results
  • Build and maintain key senior relationships with the customer's partners and act as the liaison
    for Veritas with those key customers
  • Works across the business to support and develop customer high-value offerings
  • Implements industry best practices across sales lifecycle customer buying cycle, maintains high
    standards, acts as a role model for others
  • Recruits and develops a high-performing team to deliver business results
  • Ability to mentor and lead from the front and develop account managers with annual and quarterly
    review meetings
  • Coaches and provides career development for every individual contributor

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related experience or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years prior people management experience
  • Consistent track record of sales success
  • Ability to influence effectively with key partners
  • Regional GTM strategy definition capability
  • Ability to build and drive large complex deals
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
