Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer services at front desk as our Sun Life ambassador meets and greets visitors

  • Perform reception duties, i.e. use ticketing machine, handle room booking

  • Full spectrum of administration duties

  • Miscellaneous support as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • DSE graduate or above

  • Good writing skill in Chinese & English

  • Competent knowledge in client service functions

  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese communication skills, spoken Putonghua.

  • Competent PC knowledge, includes Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access.
