We are seeking a talented Lead Solution Architect (f/m/d) with strong experience in designing and delivering GenAI and Machine Learning projects to join our team.

What to expect?

  • Create state-of-the art proposals in the data science/artificial intelligence domain
  • Support Sales in Business Development activities as technical experts in customer workshops
  • Lead data science projects from inception to completion, ensuring that objectives are met
  • Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions
  • Define and manage project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and data infrastructure
  • Monitor the quality and integrity of data, conducting data cleansing and preprocessing, as necessary
  • Oversee data visualization and reporting activities to effectively communicate results
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in data science methodologies and best practices
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation in data science
  • Present DXC on conferences and publish whitepapers and blogs to underpin DXC’s thought leadership in the artificial intelligence domain

What do we expect?

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience; Ph.D degree desirable
  • Ideally 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Proficiencies in data statistical data analysis, machine learning and artificial intelligence
  • Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  • German and English language skills on C2 level (in written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Residence in Germany in preferred regions like Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Stuttgart
  • Possession of relevant certifications like Data Science Professional (DSP), certification is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on Data&AI projects in the automotive, manufacturing, convenience or retail industry

  • Proven Project Record in Data&AI projects in production
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of deep learning and neural networks
