Job Responsibilities:

Who we are looking for

  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
  • Willingness to learn, develop in a manufacturing environment and take over responsibility
  • First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in automotive industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar
  • Strong interest in tooling, manufacturing processes, and production technologies
  • Basic knowledge of CAD systems (e.g. CATIA, Solid Edge, AutoCAD)
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the design, modification, and validation of production tools, fixtures, and dies
  • Assist in tooling trials, commissioning, and process optimization activities
  • Analyze tooling-related issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments on tooling specifications and improvements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to cost, quality, and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
