What you’ll achieve
In this role, you will support the execution and optimization of paid social campaigns by setting up, managing, and monitoring daily performance while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You’ll assist with day‑to‑day campaign operations, implement A/B tests, and contribute to keyword and creative analysis to continually improve results. Your responsibilities will include analysing campaign data, tracking KPIs, and providing insights that shape optimization efforts, as well as supporting the creation of performance reports for internal review. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with the Paid Social Campaign Manager, the broader digital team, and creative partners to deliver cohesive, effective campaigns. You will stay up to date with industry trends and platform developments, test new strategies to enhance performance, share learnings with the team, and ensure all campaigns follow legal, ethical, and regulatory standards while adhering to best practices in setup and optimization.
You will:
Execute and manage paid social campaigns.
Assist in ad creative analysis and campaign setup.
Support the creation and maintenance of campaign performance reports.
Monitor campaign performance and provide data for optimization.
Contribute to the overall success of paid social campaigns.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of Experience in social media marketing or digital advertising.
Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools like Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
Desirable Requirements
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
