Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Executive, you will support the execution of Kohl's logistics projects and supply chain scorecards to improve service, cost, quality and speed.

What You’ll Do

  • Communicate supply chain issues and opportunities to business partners

  • Conduct project analysis and reporting 

  • Support successful project and process execution 

  • Resolve remittance and operational issues

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

Operations Planning

  • Coordinate with partners across the organization to make short term tactical and strategic inventory placement decisions

  • Leverage systems and software to acquire data and conduct complex analysis of business issues and opportunities

  • Identify strategies and coordinate the operational implementation of opportunities that reduce costs or increase revenue

  • Support recurring budgeting, forecasting, reporting and other operational activities that support Omni-channel fulfillment operations

  • Oversee receipt planning, demand forecasting, and production planning for the broader supply chain network

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Demonstrated initiative and drive

  • Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with spreadsheets

  • Clear and professional communicator

  • Overnight travel

  • Flexible schedule to support peak business operations

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering

  • Previous experience in supply chain management
