The Team – Limited Partners Data Operations

The Role – Associate Director, Data Operations

Location – Hyderabad (on-site)

Shift - Adaptability to a multi-shift operation based on business needs.

What's in it for you:

The Associate Director will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency across key verticals of the Production function. This role focuses on ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Success in this position requires strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and deep expertise in team and operations management.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with client and business goals.
  • Process Optimization: Partner with stakeholders to streamline operational processes, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality of service delivery.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring client expectations for chargeback resolution are consistently met.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technology, finance, service delivery managers, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Risk Management: Implement risk management practices to identify, mitigate, and manage operational risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics, dashboards, and reports to track operational performance and drive improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity within the team.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement best practices in quality assurance to ensure high standards
  • Technical Expertise: Well versed with SQL and other tools required for effective data analysis and team planning
  • Reporting & Accountability: Conduct regular progress reviews and provide data-driven insights for gap analysis in projects and overall delivery
  • Client SLA Management: Create SLA reports for effective control and measurement of progress.
  • SOP & SOW Maintenance: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring alignment with operational objectives.

What We're Looking for:

  • 12+ years of strong operational management experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations, preferably within the private equity or data industry.
  • Master’s degree required in finance, business management or related field experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operational functions to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Contribute to the success of the business by resolving complex staffing situations, functional thought leadership and resource optimization initiatives
  • Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of private equity, limited partner’s, general partners’ workflows, and solutions, with a keen understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and drive operational excellence.
  • Should be able to work with different data sets for different clients from different industries.
  • Work schedule flexibility based on business needs of a multi-shift operation.
  • Strong quantitative analytical experience, with background in SQL and data analysis
  • Proven ability to seek to understand the 'why' behind decisions
